Sentimental Journeys Inc. was incorporated in 1991 by two guys who just wanted to make a movie with special effects that their kids could star in and the movie could be values as a keepsake item. Unfortunately, their kids were 2 and 3 years old and they just would not follow directions to act in the movie. Their solution was to make an animated body and through a patented process, put anyone's head onto the cartoon body so that no acting experience would be needed. Hence U.R. the Star personalized cartoon adventures were born and was distributed into 8 countries around the world.
Sentimental Journeys Inc. has a library of 13 titles with enhancements and bonus features with such titles as "Incredible Amazing Kid," "Little Mermaid," "Turbo Kid," "Snow White" and more. All titles allow children to be "the star" or title character in the adventure and create feelings of pride and self-esteem. Sentimental Journeys Inc., was the first photo-personalized video company to create personalized cartoon adventures on the DVD format.
Sentimental Journeys' Product Development Department created the Personalized Spider-Man product, and is looking forward to the creation of many playful titles this year. Sentimental Journeys is more than a company, it is a family with families and together, we will continue to create gifts that children and adults will never forget!
